The plot is practically rectangular, slightly curve, with a descending topography from Southeast to Northeast. The position of the blocks favours the best orientation to produce good views to the outside towards the Northeast, where it’s possible to see Algeciras Bay and Gibraltar promontory. The gardens and the swimming pool are placed on the west side of the plot. The linear residential type permits to reduce the involving surface in order to minimize costs and energy consumptions. This arrangement includes the reduction of common use and distribution areas.
